Among its most popular celebrations, the "Festes de Sant Joan" (Saint John’s Festival) is a highpoint, whose origins hark back to the early 14th century. This festival is unique in the world, with the Menorcan breed of horses featuring as its star act.

Walking trips & MTB

There are few paths in the world comparable with the "Camí de Cavalls" (Horses’ Path), a historical route that skirts almost the entire island. A Grande Randonnée (GR 223) of 185 km, to be tackled in stages, it has become quite a must-do event.
Kayak

Circumnavigating the Menorcan coast by kayak is a thrilling experience. Paddle in silence through crystal-clear waters under spectacular cliffs, stop off in tiny bays that can only be reached by sea, and explore natural caves that will leave you spellbound.
